In 2013, the Paint Division was formed when ACI Formulations Limited started distribution of the decorative products of AkzoNobel in Bangladesh. In 2016, ACI started manufacturing all of the decorative products in its own manufacturing facility, set up inside the ACI Formulations Factory, in Gazipur. Since 2017, ACI started selling performance coatings products of AkzoNobel to cater to the growing requirements of the market. These products include protective coatings, marine coatings, and powder coatings, which are imported directly from India, Singapore, UK, and other countries where AkzoNobel has their manufacturing plants.

Currently ACI FL, along with its business partner AkzoNobel, are serving the Bangladesh market with global paints and coatings brands under the banner of International, Interpon, Dulux, and Duwel.

Decorative Paints – we offer a wide range of decorative paints for interior and exterior concrete walls as well as for wood, metal and trims.

Protective Coatings – an extensive range of performance coatings for the following sectors: oil & gas, power, original equipment manufacturers, mining & metals and high value infrastructure.

Marine Coatings – we are the technology leaders in TBT-free antifouling, abrasion resistant coatings, ballast tank coatings and fouling control systems for vessels being built, repaired or maintained.

Powder Coatings – we are uniquely placed to meet the needs of our customers from a wide range of industries like Automotive, Architectural, Domestic Appliances, Furniture, General Industries, IT and General Trade coaters.

Our decorative paint products are available under the global brand Dulux and Duwel, our protective coating products are marketed under the brand name International, and our powder coating products are sold under the brand name Interpon.
