Strategic Business Meeting at Bogra, Rangpur, Comilla & Jashore

The strategic business meeting of ACI Fertilizer Rangpur Zone was held on 9th December, Rajshahi Zone on 10th December, Comilla Zone on 16th December and Jashore Zone on 18th December 2018.The meeting was attended by Business Director along with Sales Manager, Asst. Marketing Manager, Asst. product Manager, Area Managers and Territory Officers. The prime purpose of the meeting is to oversee the business performance and setting action plans for the respectedZones.Some key topics regarding the fertilizer business had been discussed in the meeting, i.e., portfolio strategy, sales & credit strategy, time & territory management, debtor management etc. Compliance issues like SMS posting, delivery, money receipt, etc. had also been discussed in the meeting. A short training session was also accomplished on specific topic to improve field force performance and to evaluate the valued customer. Besides this, the management shared their experience and different business scenario during the workshop relating to the mentioned agendas. The strategic meeting ended with vibrant attitude and reflection of better performance. Participants were very supportive and paid proper attention throughout the meeting.
