ACI Seed empowers Channel Partners for a Successful Rabi Season
ACI Seed recently organized a series of meetings with dealers and retailers, focusing on the upcoming Rabi season. The objective of these meetings was to communicate the sales and promotional schemes for targeted products and foster an exchange of views with channel partners.
These programs took place in eight locations across the North, South, and East regions in October 2023. The events were held in Gopalganj, Sreemongal, Mymensingh, Kishorganj, Sirajganj, Joypurhat, Rangpur, and Dinajpur. Mr. Sudhir Chandra Nath, Business Director; Mr. Khandaker Saifur Rahman, Chief Marketing Officer; Mr. AKM Shahinur Rahman, General Manager, Sales; as well as Sales Managers, Portfolio Managers, Area Sales Managers, Territory Officers of ACI Seed, and over 400 customers attended these events.
During the programs, the Business Director of ACI Seed provided an overview of the business and expressed the intended support for the upcoming season. Inspirational speeches were delivered by the CMO, GM of Sales, and Sales Managers, highlighting the business's achievements and the valuable contributions of the partners. The Portfolio Managers shared the sales and promotional plans for focused varieties of rice, maize, potato, and vegetables for the upcoming season. The dealers and retailers actively participated in the programs, offering their valuable opinions, suggestions, feedback, and discussing ways to improve business growth and meet their requirements.
In recognition of their performance from the previous year, the Business awarded customers and also announced a customer motivational program for FY 2023-24. The customers expressed their satisfaction with such arrangements and expressed their desire for the continuation of these programs in the future.
