ACI Salt Receives “Best Iodized Salt Mills Award”

ACI Salt Limited has been awarded the “Best Iodized Salt Mills Award – 2017”. This event was organized to recognize the contribution of Salt Millers in alleviating Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) in the country through Universal Salt Iodization (USI) program. The review was done by Government of Bangladesh through the technical and financial assistance of GAIN (Global alliance for Improved Nutrition), Nutrition International (NI), and UNICEF.

Based on the brand awareness, brand Image, iodization process, iodine retention, production process, and work environment ACI Salt has been awarded this first prize in Vacuum Salt category.

Amir Hossain Amu, MP, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Industries was present as chief guest, and Mr. Mohammad Nasim, MP, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare was present in the occasion as special guest.

The event was held at Radisson Blu Water Garden on 26th June, 2018.
