ACI PURE Mustard Oil Ananda Alo National Bhorta Competition 2022
For the third season, ACI Foods Limited is organizing in collaboration with Anando Alo: ACI PURE Mustard Oil Ananda Alo National Bhorta Competition 2022 (“এসিআই পিওর সরিষার তেল আনন্দ আলো জাতীয় ভর্তা প্রতিযোগিতা ২০২২” ) media partner Channel I.
ACI Foods Limited is always looking to promote the heritage of Bengali cuisine. The unique place of bhorta and mustard oil in our culture was the reason, that led us to organize this event in 2017 and 2018. Previously, we received amazing bhorta recipes from all over the country, which were then compiled into a recipe booklet. Realizing the importance of bhorta in Bengali’s daily food menu, ACI Foods Limited is organizing this competition again this year, to preserve and showcase the delicious and mouthwatering bhorta recipes nationwide.
This year, we are looking forward to even more unique bhorta recipes and an even greater spectacle. The arrangement will finish off in style, with a Grand Finale.
Competition details are as follows for participants:
- Anyone can submit maximum 3 bhorta recipes, along with pictures and mentioning proper measurement of ingredients
- Last date of recipe submission is on 21st January 2022
- Second and Gala round updates will be published through our Facebook page

The opening live press conference for ACI PURE Mustard Oil Ananda Alo National Bhorta Competition 2022 was held in Channel-I premises on 9th January 2022. The program was graced by the presence of Keka Ferdousi, renowned culinary artist; Rahima Sultana Reeta, notable cooking personality; Rezanur Rahman, Editor Ananda Alo; Faria Yasmin, Business Director- ACI Consumer Brands and other distinguished guests.
