ACI Motors manufactures low-cost agro machinery

ACI Motors, starting its journey on November 2007 aiming at marketing agro machineries of international standard, has increased production of agro-inputs for the farmers at affordable costs.
The company has been contributing to manufacturing agro inputs in order to increase food security through enhancing agricultural productivity, it is necessary to insert modern technology in this sector and expand it to the farmers’ level, said a company press release.
The number of agricultural workers is decreasing day-by-day with growth of urbanization in the developing country and also the wages of agricultural workers are increasing gradually. Moreover, the production cost is increasing, which is demoralizing the farmers.
To enrich the country’s economy and ensure food security, it is essential to increase the productivity of agricultural products as well as reduce the production cost, the release said.

In agro-sector, only through mechanization, it is possible to increase productivity and decrease production cost.
Besides, to protect this sector from present workers shortage and natural calamity, there is no substitute to go for mechanization.

To deal with these problems, ACI introduced three Power Tillers namely - ACI classic, regular & R-24, which are compatible with agricultural fields. It is also supplying various models of shallow engines, paddy and wheat reaper, tractors, water pumps and many other agricultural machineries.

ACI Motors organised a two-day programme titled “Vibrant Partners Planning Meeting” in its head office at Tejgaon in Dhaka on Saturday. Machinery traders from all around the country gathered there as business partners of ACI Motors.
