ACI Fertilizer and BAU launch 'Soil Testing Kit'
ACI Fertilizer and Department of Soil Science of Bangladesh Agriculture University (BAU) jointly launched 'Soil Testing Kit' in an event in the city yesterday.
University Grants Commission member Prof Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah was the chief guest at the event while Bashir Ahmed, Business Director of ACI Fertilizer was present as special guest.
Among others, Prof Dr Monoranjan Das and Prof Dr Lutful Hassan also spoke on the occasion. In the event speakers and scientist said that many farmers use excessive chemical fertilizers thinking that using of more fertilizers can help them get better production.
