ACI Agrolink and Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is working together to find out risks in order to develop Shrimp insurance for the first time in Bangladesh which is viable and accessible

ACI Agrolink Limited and Green Delta Insurance Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to introduce Shrimp Insurance. This innovation will be the first time ever in Bangladesh to transfer climatic risks for shrimp farmers. ACI Agrolink which is a shrimp processing and exporting company, with its DFCD funded project, will increase the farm productivity of shrimp, ensure quality post-larvae, buyback shrimp with climate resilient sustainable shrimp production as a backward linkage initiative to ensure the growth of Black Tiger Shrimp export.
