Premiaflex Plastics is a growth oriented company, specializing in the manufacture in flexible packaging.We supply quality products of printed flexible packaging material usingfully automated roto gravure printing technologies for various form of laminates with foil, film & paper.Our operations expanding rapidly to meet the growing needs of local markets. Technology:

Premiaflex manufactures from its own factory in Gazipur; all kinds of flexible packaging materials using advanced technology machinery and fully automated Rotogravure technology to fulfill the needs of the local market and also tap into the export market.Through the introduction of 5 layer film making machine, Lamination extrusion machine, 10 color printing machine and a state of the art Quality Control Lab Premiaflex Plastics has been able to manufacture high barrier edible oil and dairy based products, provide 5 layer packaging with spot lamination and provide the highest quality of packaging. With State of the art Quality Control Laboratory equipped with modern advanced equipment’s for the first time in Bangladesh, we have been able to ensure the best quality inspected products for our customers. The future looks bright for the business as we have started to bring in new technological extension to their product line and grow with our business partners. Premiaflex Plastics is planning to expand technological innovation through Lami Tube production project, Alu-Alu foil for pharmaceutical packaging and also expanding the production capacity by adding a second line of expansion.

History:

Back in 2008, the packaging industry in Bangladesh was still in the development stages and there has been much room for innovation and development. In order to induce innovation in the packaging industry and tap into huge market potential, ACI started its packaging business under the name of Premiaflex Plastics Limited in 2008.
