ACI Crop Care Conclave of 2017

Annual Conclave of ACI Crop Care- 2017 was held on 12 April 2017 at ACI Centre, Tejgaon Dhaka. The daylong Conclave was attended by around 200 Field Force members from all over the country including marketing team and other guests from the industry.

Various achievement of 2016 and professional guidelines for the year 2017 were discussed in the conclave daylong session. Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla, the Chairman of ACI Group delivered his speech as the Chief Guest in the program. In his statement he congratulated the entire team of ACI Crop Care for their hard work and sincere efforts and urged them to keep on making improvement in their deliverables and commitments. He also emphasized that ACI Crop Care’s gain should yield higher return on investment and fair value to the ‘Farmers’ by helping protecting their crops which will positively contribute to their livelihood development.

Ms Shusmita Anis, the Managing Director of ACI Formulations Ltd thanked all the field force of ACI Crop Care for their contribution which helped Company’s improvement and suggested them to work hard and deliver the the goodness of ACI’s products and services at farmers’ doorsteps. She also mentioned that “ACI is the biggest integrated agricultural conglomerate in the country that has been relentlessly working for enhancement of farmers’ lives and agricultural scenario of the country. Moreover, as ACI is marketing all the products related to agriculture at reasonable prices, thus, ACI is working side by side with the government, contributing in food security of Bangladesh.”

At the award giving ceremony 80 Sales Personnel were awarded for their highest performance. Furthermore, they were sent on pleasure trip abroad, in recognition of their outstanding performance. Mr. B M Shaifullah, Business Manager, Crop Care and Public Health was awarded by honorable Chairman Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla for his dynamic leadership last year. ACI Crop Care’s employees also expressed their gratitude to the chairman Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla and Managing Director Ms. Shusmita Anis for their prudent guidance and genial patronage, by handing over crests and wording short speeches.

Finally Mr. B M Shaifullah announced the closing of Conclave-2017 by thanking all aspiring for a prosperous year ahead. The program ended with gala dinner followed by a vibrant cultural event.
